POCKATE BRANCH · SAFETY

Explore a change before it becomes your change.

Give supported workspace work a separate place to develop.

In development

Implemented foundations. Independent release work continues.

Illustrative mechanism. The diagram describes the product’s role, not a live execution.

HOW IT WORKS

A focused role.
A clear boundary.

Let an agent work on a disposable project copy and review what will be merged.

Workspace isolation cannot undo messages, purchases or other external effects.

What’s here.
What comes next.

BUILT SO FAR

The current foundation

  • Selected-workspace staging, change sets and conflict-aware merge/discard primitives.
  • Host-owned branch operations and Platform Console review surfaces in development.
COMING NEXT

The next useful step

  • Reviewable isolated task work with a safe merge path.
  • Durable host-authorized handling of external effects.

Plans describe direction, not delivery dates. Verified support and release maturity vary by product.

PART OF POCKATE

Independent purpose.
Shared foundations.

Pockate products are designed for independent adoption and composition. Companion connects these foundations to a local computer; authority stays with its enforcing host.

One conversation. One person in control.

Pockate Companion is a computer-agent harness. Its Mac host owns permissions, execution and recovery. Localhost web chat is the first-party conversational client; Telegram and WhatsApp connector foundations are in development. Slack is planned. Follow the current preview scope on the Companion page.

Your agents work within the tools and permissions you allow. Important actions need your specific approval or are refused. You choose where the work can happen.

Companion keeps host policy and human decisions connected to the agent work shown in Chat and Activity.
